Alaskan Waves

So here’s something that’s not quite a cloud or sky or a landscape.  How about a waterscape.  On our cruise to Alaska we had a room with a veranda.  I loved leaning over the edge and watching the waves crash against the side of the ship.  Our room was as far forward as possible so this was where the ship was cutting through the water.

The water seemed so black while we were in Alaska and in this shot the sun was lighting up the crest of the waves.

This was another shot that I didn’t really see until after I processed my film.  It’s the face of the lost souls from the Deadliest Catch.  Ok, so the area we were in is totally different but doesn’t it look like a face.  I hope all you water lovers out there enjoy this series.
